FORMAT OF OUR SHOW
Imagine you're lucky enough to have tickets to be the live studio audience at the taping of a game show. Except, instead of sitting passively and clapping when people spin a wheel, you get to be PART OF THE SHOW.
Our teams of improvisers are vying for YOUR laughs and YOUR votes. How do they do that? By taking YOUR suggestions and turning them into comedy gold. The more YOU laugh, the better they do. So who knows the lengths they will go to gain your grins and guffaws. They might sing. They might dance. They might act out a scene. The only sure thing is that there will be shenanigans.
HISTORY
When a group of Boise's most seasoned improvisers gathered in Alora's basement they were united, not just by proximity, but by a desire to make people laugh.
"Let's get a group together and bring this to the people!"
"Yes, let's!"
And thus Game Changer Improv was born.
(We thought about naming our group "The Basement" but Alora had just gotten random people to stop showing up in her basement and we didn't want to tempt fate.)
